| DETAILS: DETAILS: Time: 6-9 pm each night. This intensive seminar will be given over a span of 3 nights, each night building upon the previous and will include everything from soups to nuts, so to speak. It will cover the basics of sprouting, dehydrating, simple to gourmet recipes, and lots of health information. We will have from 8-9 recipes demoed each evening, and ample samples will be offered at the end. There will be time for questions and answers following the demos, as well as many health books and gadgets for sale. Recipes will be included in the hand outs and our cookbooks will be for sale. Bring a friend, a family member, and come for three delightful evenings of fun, entertainment, and learning as we share valuable, life changing information that could help to save your life, or at least give you a better quality of living. This same seminar was conducted in California with a $200/person charge for four nights; so this is a special deal - Pre-Registration by September 7 for this seminar is requested so that we will know how many to prepare for. Seating is limited to first 100 applicants. Register early! |

| DETAILS: Jeff will be conducting an ongoing weekly class to educate people on the importance of nutrition and how it plays a part in weight loss and general health. There will be a notebook with handouts, charts, weekly weigh-ins, lectures, and time for questions and answers. Each class is an hour long and packed with great information. | DETAILS: This will be a focus class on how to prepare and eat healthy foods for quick and easy lunches (or early suppers); foods that you and your family will truly enjoy. You will see how simple preparation and pre-planning will make your time in the kitchen more effective, and feeding you and your family can be healthier on less food. Come and bring a friend! Register early as this will be a popular class. The size of the class will determine how much hands-on training will be offered. There is no registration charge, but it does cost for food and handouts; so we will give you an opportunity to participate in the cost through donations.
