Ingredients for: Carrot-Almond Flat Bread
  • 2 c. sprouted grains
  • 1 c. shredded carrots or pulp
  • 1/2 c. sprouted almonds
  • 5 lg. soaked dates
  • 1/2-3/4 c. water, as needed
  • 1/4 c. raisins
