Ingredients for: Quinoa Tabbouleh
  • 1 c. quinoa, sprouted
  • 1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. burdock, sunflower seeds, or diced jicama
  • 1/4 c. diced cucumber
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1/2 c. sliced black olives (opt.)
  • 1 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. minced jalapeno
  • 1 tsp. fresh minced ginger
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
